Our Practice
EFE Design is a multidisciplinary practice of architects and designers committed to creating contemporary buildings and interiors that embody excellence, purpose, and care. We believe that meaningful architecture emerges through collaboration — with our clients, our team, and other makers —, environmental consciousness, and timeless aesthetic principles resulting in solutions tailored to each project's unique process and context.
Our work encompasses residential, commercial, hospitality, and landscape projects throughout Honduras, embracing both public and private sectors. We prioritize material honesty, passive design, and constructability, striving for architecture that is responsive and connected to its environment.
Our Philosophy
At the core of our philosophy are the following guiding principles:
Architecture as an Act of Care
Place as the Point of Departure
Less Style, More Principles
Spaces that Breathe, Protect, and Inspire
A Practice in Constant Evolution
Recognizing the Value in What Is Not Built
We are not focused on specific sectors. If a project is challenging or inspiring, we are always open to the conversation.

Dariana Flores
Associate, Master in Architecture
Initially trained in Honduras, her curiosity to discover architecture in different cultural contexts led her to undertake academic journeys around the world. Pursuing a master's degree at ENSA Toulouse marked a turning point in her career: the influence of French architecture and the constant exchange with new ways of thinking broadened her perspective and provided her with the tools to envision more sensitive and holistic projects.
Travel has become an endless source of inspiration. In each place, she seeks constructive techniques, ways of living, and solutions that strike a balance between tradition and innovation. Her interest in bioclimatic architecture reflects a clear conviction: to design spaces in harmony with both the environment and their users.
Among her main qualities is her keen eye for detail. She enjoys working with precision on constructive details and bringing ideas to life through realistic visualizations that convey the essence of each project.

What Drives Us
"Architecture is not just about creating beautiful spaces—it's about creating environments that enhance human life while respecting the planet we all share. Every line we draw, every material we choose, every space we shape is an opportunity to make the world a little better."
